A true GMH (Give Me Hope) story


3 years ago, my great aunt had a stroke.

She's paralyzed on one side and can no longer speak. Her healthy husband of 63 years moved into the nursing home with her.

When we asked him when he'd move home, he said '' And leave this gorgeous girl here? All the other boys would be all over her!''

She then smiled for the first time.

Work later on.......... Was really depressed by what happened ytd. thank you all so much for all the encouragements etc. Although now that i think about it, theres really nothing biggie about it. LOL but anyway, thanks so much guys <3>

Dance audition next thurs/friday. But i told bobby I am free to work on thurs AND friday! Ok lor, GG. anyway, next week is pretty busy for me. Dont think I will be able to meet up with clique after school to chill out :( During the hols/year 1, I was hoping so much that there's something going on for me after school to cure my boredom. Now that I have activities everyday after school. I feel like dying. Lack of sleep, So much stress, So much responsibility to handle and so much events to attend :(

Lost the shopping addiction. Heart aches like mad when I got something for the sake of getting something. No more I MUST GET THIS feeling. everything so goner.

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL - I AM A TRAINED FIRST AIDER!

I can totally save people now! - BASIC CPR, BANDAGES etc etc. Ok but dont try to stop your pulse in front of me cause I will just let you die and I will never do CPR on you. Ya so really, just go n die. hehehehehe

Ok I really like my modules! Totally related to my interest. Pwned my gpa la this year.

SECOND DAY OF SCHOOL - ROOM DIVISIONS

Nothing much to say...... People out there, just be sure not to choose housekeeper as your job in future. Although I know nooone wants to HAHAHA

btw, watched SHUTTER ISLAND with yongshan aft school yesterday... Wtf

Story Plot totally uninteresting except that there's a twist in the story ending in the end. Ending was pretty complicated and cheem but i understood. It takes one to know another. Hahahha!

Oh yeah! I only realised ytd that we're allow to wear basics / home clothes for MicroEcon! My heart totally burst into streaks of rainbow and bubbles and everything niceeee. So that makes it three days of formal and two days of hommie wears in which one of the days, I have to wear **** Uniform. Shit Ok, I'm contented enough nowww. So shopping, girls?

SECOND DAY OF SCHOOL


OMG I PASSED MY SPOT CHECK! yes spot check! IN POLY. The course I am in has like the strictest rules and regulations to abide to! I CANT EVEN LET DOWN MY HAIR - I have to tie them up! Luckily I look better tying up hair since the time I curl them.

K so as i was saying, ITS SUPER STRICT. I ALMOST WANTED TO BREAK DOWN ON THE FIRST DAY. we have to wear corporate attire, NOT smart casual - ALMOST EVERYDAY. p.s. in case you dont know, corporate attire is like blouse and pencil skirt ( LONG ONE - around knee length) FML SERIOUSLY?!?!?!!?! and we have to wear HEELS. ( i wore flats today but still passed the spot check!!! probably cause its second day of school and they are giving us leeways. anyway yea, HEEEELS)


anyway only like today i realised we only have to wear corporate attires 3 out of the 5 studying days. and from the two free days, we are allow to wear anything we like. BUT UNFORTUNATELY, I HAVE CULINARY MODULE THAT DAY AND I HAVE TO WEAR CHEF UNIFORM. LOL FML

yea, events mgmt is so much better. they are learning business law. so cool. but hotel is an all rounder thing and year 3 modules ROCKS, i think.


omg I am ranting so much. shouldnt do this now as I am still having class.

and............. i need to make a trip down to RP to collect my course uniform. oh PLEASE be prepared SOH freshies for hotel & hospitality mgmt. you gotta spend a BOMB in year 2 for your course materials. woohooo i got a shock myself too.


and....................... i guess i am the only one excited about the safety boots. everyone hates it. weeeee heeeee i have no idea why. its kinda cute. i will most prolly wear it to school even on normal school days when theres no crash courses requiring safety booties.
